Our new greenhouse

Our porch, which has been our greenhouse previously, reached saturation point recently.

Seedlings were packed in so tightly they were not getting enough light and so getting a bit leggy.

To rectify this we decided to build ourselves a green house against an unused south east facing fence in our front garden.

Driving around London we happened upon a load of wooden windows in a skip and supplemented with a couple of leaded ones from a reclamation yard and about five pallets we created ourselves a decent sized greenhouse with masses of room for tomatoes, peppers, aubergines and all sorts of other goodies.

Its already filling up!
