Last month

September was a busy month culminating in our work with Event Oracle at the Lapada art fair in Berkeley Square in London. Below are a few of the dishes we were serving.

Crab cakes with blackened broccoli, pickled heritage carrots a smoked paprika oil

Ragstone goats cheese with home made oatcakes, jersey black butter, plums fried in beurre noisette and nasturtiums

Chocolate and blackberry mousse with Chambord macerated blackberries and vanilla crumble
