A Kentish small plates menu
Riverhill house was the venue for our most recent couples big day. It has a beautiful Himalayan garden and spectacular views.
Perhaps my favourite menu this summer so far, a starter of small plates.
Salt cod and squid ink bacalau with saffron aioli
Burnt butter prawns with garlic chives
Fresh cheese, fig and rye with truffle honey
Mixed charcuterie
Followed by slow roast pork belly with all the trimmings (as usual no time to get a pic of the main)
