East London Canning Co.
We were lucky enough to get some samples in the post from East London Canning Co. this week.
We are off on a trip in the van to Illfracombe in Devon and decided to give their Mussels in Somerset cider a try.
We cooked up a saffron risotto with swiss chard and finished with some shaved parmesan and crusty bread. We tossed the mussels in a pan to heast through in their marinade and they did not dissapoint.
Delicious!
